From $6k of ad spend to $350k in sales
Our own flagship brand: a dirt track racing platform and apparel label we built, run and market end to end. Year one turned $6,000 of ad spend into $128,000 of sales. Three years in, turnover is past $350,000.

We wanted to prove the playbook we sell actually works, so we built a brand of our own in a world we love: New Zealand dirt track racing. Small audience, seasonal sport, no storefront, no content library, and an ad budget small enough that every dollar had to earn its keep.
We built the whole machine ourselves: the racing platform with events, results and driver profiles, an apparel shop with print-on-demand merch, and a vendor marketplace, then marketed it with tightly measured campaigns. Every race night became content, every piece of content fed the funnel, and the shop, ads and community kept it turning.
Year one: $6,000 of ad spend came back as $128,000 in sales. Three years on, the brand has turned over more than $350,000, and the marketplace and print-on-demand engine built for it now powers other platforms too.
