Print on demand, without the print regrets

Custom merch fails in predictable ways: wrong file, wrong colour, wrong assumption. Here’s how our customiser, and our humans, prevent all three.

A rail of printed merch, print on demand without regrets

Most bad merch wasn’t designed badly, it was ordered blindly. Artwork meant for a screen hits cotton, colours shift, and a 12px logo becomes soup. The fix isn’t better luck; it’s a better process.

When you design a piece in our customiser, three things protect you. First, the print preview shows your artwork placed on the actual garment, not a separate mockup you have to imagine. Second, every order includes a human check: we look at resolution, contrast and placement before anything is printed. Third, custom pieces ship with a proof you approve, the press doesn’t run on assumptions.

Two habits from our print floor: upload the largest file you have (PNG or SVG), and if your design lives or dies on a specific colour, say so in the print notes, we’ll match it or tell you honestly if we can’t.

Do those and “print on demand” finally means what it promises: your design, done once, done right.

Turn the note into a plan.
